Subscription

You subscribe on a secure Stripe payment page: no card details are entered or stored on this site. Memberships are monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time by writing to contact@therealluxuryconciergerie.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid, with no pro-rata refund.

What is a personalised experience?

A personalised experience is one request concerning a single, clearly identified need. It includes:

an initial exchange to understand your wish, budget and dates;
research and selection of suitable options;
the presentation of up to three well-reasoned proposals;
one adjustment of the selection if needed.

Examples: finding a restaurant for a birthday, suggesting a weekend in the Alps, finding a gift for a specific occasion. Unused experiences do not roll over to the following month.

Signature: the reasonable use policy

The Signature plan is not unlimited. Requests vary in complexity and research time; this policy lets us give each one the same care, within a clear framework:

2 requests being handled at the same time;
a new request starts as soon as a previous one is closed;
a complex request is subject to your confirmation before work starts;
no permanent availability or results are guaranteed: proposals depend on provider availability.

The standard time to present proposals is 48 hours after receiving all the necessary information.

Urgent requests

An urgent request may involve a surcharge. It is always announced and accepted by you before any work begins.

External expenses

Purchases, bookings, tickets, accommodation and other external expenses are paid separately by the client.

Prices in euros

Prices are shown in euros in every language of the site. Any conversion to Swiss francs will be clearly indicated.
