Data collected
When you complete the request form, the following data may be collected: full name, email address, preferred language, type of service, indicative budget, preferred date and description of the request. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information contained in your messages. If you create a client area account, we keep your name, email address, preferred language, a protected password, never stored in plain text, and your requests, their statuses and the messages exchanged; each client can only access their own data.

Payments
Memberships are paid on a secure Stripe page. Your card details are entered and processed by Stripe only: we never have access to them. Stripe sends us the information needed to manage the membership (name, email address, plan, payment status).

Technical providers
Your data may be processed by the providers needed to run the service: the site host, the payment provider (Stripe), our email provider and, if you use it, WhatsApp. Each applies its own privacy policy.

Purposes
This data is used solely to respond to your request, present proposals and, where applicable, manage your membership. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and the business relationship, then deleted or anonymised. Billing-related data is kept for the period required by applicable accounting and tax obligations. You may ask at any time for your client area account and data to be deleted by writing to contact@therealluxuryconciergerie.com.

Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise these rights, write to contact@therealluxuryconciergerie.com.

Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies. If you sign in to the client area, your browser keeps session information, strictly necessary to keep you signed in, which is cleared when you sign out. The Stripe payment page, hosted by Stripe, may use its own cookies required for payment security. If audience measurement tools are added later, this policy will be updated and your consent requested where the law requires it.
