The Real Luxury Conciergerie

The Real Luxury Conciergerie provides a digital concierge service: research, selection and presentation of personalised proposals (fine dining, travel, gifts, events, personal organisation). Services depend on provider availability.

Essential — €19/month: one personalised experience per month. Premium — €39/month: three personalised experiences per month. Signature — €59/month: requests under the reasonable use policy (2 requests in progress at once; a complex request is confirmed with the client before work starts).

A personalised experience is one request concerning a single need: initial exchange, research, presentation of up to three proposals and one adjustment. Unused experiences do not roll over.

The standard turnaround is 48 hours after receiving the necessary information. An urgent request may involve a surcharge, always announced and accepted by the client before any work begins.

Purchases, bookings, tickets, accommodation and other external expenses are paid separately and directly by the client. The Real Luxury Conciergerie does not collect these amounts.

You subscribe online on a secure Stripe payment page. Memberships are paid monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. The client may cancel at any time by writing to contact@therealluxuryconciergerie.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid, with no pro-rata refund. Unused experiences do not roll over.

Under European consumer law, a consumer client has 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, without giving any reason, by writing to contact@therealluxuryconciergerie.com. If the client expressly asks for the service to start during that period, they remain liable for an amount proportionate to the service provided up to their withdrawal. Once the service has been fully performed with their express agreement, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised.

Prices are expressed in euros. Any conversion to Swiss francs will be clearly indicated and applied consistently.
